THE SOLUTION TO THE GOVERNMENT'S CALL FOR REFORM
MHCLG’s 2026 review of third-party certification schemes, Dame Judith Hackett's 2018 Building a Safer Future Report, Paul Morrell and Annaleisse Day's 2023 Testing for a Safer Future Report and The Construction Product's Reform 2025 Green Paper, all identified significant inconsistency in legacy third-party certification schemes within the UK construction products sector, particularly in transparency, surveillance disclosure and digital accessibility. UKTC Ensure already addresses these fundamental gaps and offers manufacturers the opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to transparency and accountability.
