A PROCESS YOU CAN TRUST
EVALUATION
We review the relevant test and assessment evidence to provide a clearly defined scope for certification of the product.
FPC AUDIT
A Factory Production Control (FPC) audit is performed at each site where the product is produced.
SAMPLING / TESTING
During the FPC audit, we will sample the products that are to be initial type tested (ITT) that will be used as evidence towards the product certification.
CERTIFICATION
The certificate is prepared based on supporting data, tests, and the results of the FPC audit. It will then be available to download via the UKTC ensure vault.
SURVEILLANCE
A surveillance audit will be conducted annually to ensure that the FPC systems continue to meet the requirements of the scheme.
AUDIT TESTING
During the annual surveillance audit, samples will be selected for the required audit tests to ensure that the FPC system continues to satisfy the declared performance.
